How long does it take?

We are creating bespoke items for you, so please allow at least ten working days for your order to be completed once your payment is received and artwork is approved. 

Can I collect my order from Beeline?

All orders placed online will be delivered by ourselves (for local orders) or DPD Couriers to the address you request at time of ordering. If you prefer to collect from us at Wormbridge, please call us in advance to make an appointment, so we can ensure one of the team is available to assist you.

Can I see samples?

Yes, you are welcome to purchase blank samples if you would like to see a particular size, style or colour. However, due to the high administrative costs, samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What artwork do you need?

Please attach a clear copy of your design in the colours you require for print or embroidery. The better the artwork we receive, the more effective the end result.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, our showroom at Wormbridge is open by prior appointment only.

Do you decorate garments which I supply?

No, we only decorate garments purchased from Beeline. This ensures the products are completely compatible with our printing and embroidery machinery.
